DIGITAL COURSES, WORKSHOPS & WEBINARS 7-Day Limited Refund Guarantee Refund requests are eligible within 7 (seven) days of purchase only if: The course or content has not been fully accessed or substantially consumed, and The request is made for genuine dissatisfaction. Once any of the following occur, the product becomes NON-REFUNDABLE: Course videos are accessed Worksheets / PDFs are downloaded Live sessions are attended Community or WhatsApp group access is used Refund requests must be sent via email to: 📧 artfularpi@gmail.com Subject line: “Refund Request – Warli Art Course” The email must include: Registered name Email used at purchase Date of purchase Reason for the refund request 2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS The following are strictly non-refundable: Digital products once accessed or downloaded Recorded sessions or replays Subscription or membership fees already billed Partial course completion Missed live classes due to personal reasons Change of mind or lack of time Bonus materials or free add-ons 3. REFUND PROCESS All refund requests are reviewed manually for eligibility. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Refund processing time: 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank. 4. ARTWORK REFUND POLICY (IF APPLICABLE) Physical artworks are packed and shipped with utmost care. Refunds or replacements will be considered only in case of major damage during transit. To raise a valid claim: A clear unedited unboxing video must be provided The damage must be visibly shown in the video Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Upon verification, we may offer: A replacement (subject to availability), or A refund at our discretion 5. MISUSE & POLICY VIOLATIONS Refunds will not be issued if: There is evidence of content misuse Login credentials are shared Terms & Conditions are violated False or repetitive refund claims are made 7.
