By purchasing a course for a minor, the parent/guardian confirms acceptance of these Terms on the child’s behalf. 2. COURSE NATURE & DISCLAIMER: All courses are educational and creative in nature, focused on: Warli art skills Emotional expression through art Cultural and creative development Our content does not guarantee: Financial income Employment Mental health treatment or medical outcomes Results depend on individual effort, practice, and consistency. The course content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. 3. PAYMENT & PRICING All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. Successful payment confirmation grants access to the purchased product. 4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (Critical for Payment Gateway Approval) Digital courses, webinars, recordings, and downloadable materials are NON-REFUNDABLE, once access is granted. USER-GENERATED CONTENT If you submit artwork, photos, videos, or testimonials: You confirm ownership or permission You grant us a royalty-free right to use them for educational or promotional purposes We will never sell your personal content to third parties. 8. CODE OF CONDUCT You agree not to: Post abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content Disrupt live sessions or communities Misuse group access or messaging platforms Violation may result in removal without refund. 9.
